His actions and videos prove he shouldn't be on the streets. Ideally he'd be released at some point when his test settles just to avoid paying for him forever.
 
He probably doubled his sentence just because of his dumb name.

He didn't cripple anybody or permanently disfigured anyone. There are crimes where people have shot and put people in wheelchairs get less of a sentence. But he clearly wanted to prove to the jury and judge that he is a clear and present danger to society so they threw the book at him. He has his first parole hearing in 36 years. Lol.

I hope most on sherdog are not as you describe them. Whore or not, she should be seen as a victim that did not deserve this more or less than someone with a nicier "resume". That said, life in prison for this is exagerated in a world where pedophiles get what? 5 years for their actions? Clearly, he got it hard relative to what we usually hear in the news.

He got it hard because he's an idiot that showed no remorse. He thought he was justified in what he did and acted like a lunatic who can't be rehabilitated.

Your logic stands only if you increase other crime type penalties. Unless remorse is the only factor in your book in deciding time one should do... I know many judge thinks like you though, like those who keep going easy on Jones because he has "remorses".

A good judge will in most cases be able to separate real remorse from fake remorse.
 
Any guy who beats up a woman like that deserves to be locked up. No sympathy for this douchebag here.
