Well, in that case, doctor, one can only hope your occupation doesn't involve psychiatric diagnoses and prescription-writing then.

The moral, rational position my post was written with was minimizing human suffering. Killing someone who routinely inflicts suffering on people rather than let him continue doing so in or out of prison or rather than letting him be subjected to suffering in prison is in not inconsistent with the theme of minimizing suffering.

Well, I don't want him to be hurting anybody else, clearly. I think I've done the best to make that apparent already but there it is again just in case. If one of the responding officers kills him while he's going for a weapon or what the officer thinks is a weapon, I think it would be one of the better possible situations for everybody and it's doubtful, given WM's record, any cop would be severely punished for such an on-the-job incident.

I think the stress involved put upon a cop killing someone trying to inflict harm on him/her or others is probably still less than the stress involved on the victims (and loved ones) of the assaults WM has already committed or the stress on on WM's future victims (and loved ones). By the way, WM's next victim might not survive. Between said innocent victim and WM, I'd rather it be WM that be killed. This dude is clearly a threat.

Something is not adding up here. Either way, he should of never laid a hand on her, but what she says happened, did not happen.

The guy he beat up didn't immediately call the police when he left? That is really weird and suspect...im sure JK did what she said he did but something about the story is being left out.

There are plenty of legitimate reasons why he wouldn't immediately call the cops. High-stress situations, especially one where your physical health/safety is at risk, can often cause people not to think as rationally as they would during a low-stress situation. It's easy to say "Why not just call the cops?" when we aren't the ones getting the hell beaten out of us and in general fear for ourselves.
