easy on the jointsProbably simply an exercise that is easy on his body. Fighters tend to implement more gentle training exercises as they age. Couture used trampolines, Rampage implemented swimming, etc.
Say what you will, but this seems like a sign that he's been in a fair amount of physical pain, as most fighters do when they've put themselves through what Vitor has.
I'd like to experience trampoline training like Couture had access to. It looked fun, not to mention to see how it feels after a few weeks and months.easy on the joints
The trampoline stuff is called rebounding the astronauts used it by jumping on mini trampolines, it supposedly helps flush the lymphatic system and helps get blood flowing and strengthening your leg bones and is a good cardio workout gentle on the joints
