Punchers chance =/= strikers chance

Conor is a vastly better striker than Khabib by miles. Punchers chance was Stephens vs. Also. This is a very different fight and the grappler ALWAYS winning isnt a foregone conclusion anymore. This isnt UFC 1.
 
Outside of FW he hasn't 1 shot KO'd anybody. LW chins != FW chins. Reality check.

But Conor doesn’t REALLY have one punch KO power. He can knock guys down on any given punch but it’s not like he’s shutting guys lights out with a single punch (other than Aldo - which had a lot to do with Aldo’s forward momentum). I think the khabib fight is going to come down to Conor’s TDD. We know he is very good at avoiding takedowns but khabib is on a whole different level than most MMA fighters. If he can stay on his feet for the first 2 rounds he could connect and drop khabib enough times to get the finish, but he better finish him early or else khabib will drown him in the last 3 rounds

I also don’t think Conor is a “quitter” just because he gassed and tapped vs. Nate. Lots of guys have tapped, are they all quitters? He showed a lot of will power and heart in their second fight when Nate started gaining momentum and McGregor was gassing. He composed himself and pulled out the decision. I thought it was very admirable

Am I the only one who saw a very slow and tired Khabib in round 4 vs. Al? The only time we have seen him go more than 3 rounds? Where does this myth that Khabib is a cardio machine come from?

He was KO’d with his hands down showboating at the age of 38 while Conor was beaten on the feet due to being countered throwing a wild uppercut against a guy not known for his power lmao

Youre the one defending Anderson like he wasnt beat and finished by nobodies and guys much smaller than him. Bringing up age is stupid since everyone's prime age is different.
