Raymond Daniels is probably the best I have ever seen when it comes to spinning shit but he only has a few MMA fights. I am trying to think of someone else that has done it several times in MMA fights....

Bazigit Atajev has at least 3 finishes via spinning shit. He also knocked down Overeem with a spinning kick to the head back in PRIDE. He was a Wushu World Champion.
