Who should fight WERDUM next? (COMPARISON LIST)

from most likely, to least likely to get a shot,

who do u pick:


1. Andrei Arlovski
- biggest win streak in division right now
- undefeated since UFC return
- back to back to back KO wins over top 5 opponents
- about 11-1 in his last 12 (with 1 controversial loss)
- has a win over Werdum already
- dominant KO wins over opponents Werdum struggled with
- probably the most dangerous offensive striker in the division and post powerful

2. Junior dos Santos
- 1 fight win streak (was a struggle)
- only ufc loss to previous champ
- already beat Werdum
- arguably the most powerful striker next to AA

3. Stipe Miocic
- 1 fight win streak over Hunt (who was recent beat by AA ans JDSs mutual opponent)
- looked extremely dominant
- lost to JDS in a close fight which sets him back a bit
- constantly improving

4. Ben Rothwell
- 3 fight win streak (against Overeem and Mitrione)
- only losses to high calibre guys (he got KOd by Arlovski and Cain)

5. Alistair Overeem
- 2 fight win streak (recently against Roy Nelson)
- has win over Mir, with 1 loss between that and his win streak to Rothwell

1. Werdum vs AA
2. Cain vs Stipe: winner is number 1 contender
3. Big Ben vs Reem: winner fights winner of JDS/Mir
4. JDS vs Mir: loser fights loser from Doom/AA

Give it to JDS.

But if AA loses there's still great Nostalgia fights with him: CroCop, Mir, Nog

Fight I want to see most: JDS in Brazil
Most deserving: Arlovski

Stipe has staked his claim as an elite fighter but it's still hard to justify giving him the shot over the guy who very recently beat him, and the fight wasn't really as close as it's been made out to be.
 
Out of the five i believe Arlovski poses the biggest threat to Werdum. If he can beat Arlovski i predict he could be the champion for at least 2 more years.
 
Arlovski is most deserving. JDS will probably get it just so the UFC can do a revenge match.
 
Imagine, if, when Fedor became champ, there were already two contenders lined up who had beaten him.

That's why Werdum is not anywhere near GOAT.

But if it doesn't id like this scenario

I'd like to see AA get the shot,

JDS-REEM!

depending on how those fights goes, winners could fight each other or if someone is overly dominant give him the shot.
 
Arlovski deserves it most. Stipe should fight Rothwell, JDS should fight Overeem, and I guess that leaves Cain with Travis Browne.

Pitbul should have his shot at the title now.
 
Give Arlovski the shot while he's still on a hot streak. This a fight the UFC can sell.

Junior should fight again.
