Thought?
Still a top 10-15 guy anyway.
For entertainment value only my pick would be Matt Brown.
Damien Maïa would also be awesome.
So I guess the loser of the Brown/Maia fight for me.
Neil Magny could potentially be good,
And that fight would make a lot of sense too.

That being said,
with the current non-sense money first fight the UFC is making lately.
Wouldn't even be surprised if They make Lawler Vs Diaz right away. -_-'

PS Diaz fan
I know Diaz did KO Lawler.. but in f*cking 2004.
Diaz last win... OCT 2011...

Anyway, Pick fellow sherdogger?

I wanna see him stay at 185 for a bit...

Lombard, Bisping, Gegard or Vitor

Judging by the logic and scientific approach used nowadays in matchmaking and title shots etc.
Id say Lawler would make the most sense.

Maybe someone he can win against or at the very least be competitive

Brian ebersole Or Brandon thatch

Hopefully a welterweight

It is ridiculous enough having former light heavyweights calling him out

Winner of Matt Brown vs Damian Maia would be nice, intriguing either way

Just don't bring him back and give him a title shot. I love Nick but we gotta stop with this pro wrestling style booking, sacrificing sports legitimacy for ppv buys.

Matt Brown is awesome, Condit rematch, or non title GSP rematch.

Diaz is probably looking only for money fights, but he seriously needs to rack up some wins. His last win was against BJ Penn...

Maia would kill him on the ground. You're dreaming if you think otherwise. Maia has no equal when it hits the deck

Nick Diaz vs Condit 2

Jake Shields?

Edit : Lol.
Anyway Maia gas tank is suspicious, Diaz could outwork him in the later round

Diaz vs Brown
Diaz vs Lawler
Diaz vs Bisping

in that order

Diaz vs Brown is my dream fight, Diaz vs Lawler is less realistic and slightly less interesting than Diaz vs Brown to me.

The Matt Brown fight is the way to go
They both love trading in the pocket
Should be fun
