This is how people on bicycles drive. They lose any concept off logic and traffic rules as soon as they step on and they all deserve to be badly beaten and enslaved.

Not only is it possible, I see this as a likely scenario for bicycle riders. Many of these bicyclists ignore all and every traffic signal and rule of the road. Then when someone following the traffic signals hits them as they blow through a 4 way stop they think they have been wronged.
