Would you go to either of these places?

Saw the place in MN on a Reddit thread, seeing if anyone thought it was not a McDojo...then came across what looks to be a "similar" school in PA. Apparently, at least the MN gym has a legit BJJ instructor, but I'm wondering how many folks would be turned off by something like this...

Personally, I wouldn't go to either, unless they were the ONLY options available and I was able to find some legit stuff about them. I get that not everyone is a web developer or master marketer, but using canned templates like this and not even trying?

No idea what my actual goal is with this thread, just wanted to say people should have some damn pride in even a basic website...

Well, some kid that looks like he's maybe 19 is wearing a red belt.. so probably not.

That's the thing, the websites actually don't appear to contain anything about their respective schools aside from their address and phone number. But that also goes back to my question...even though this is all stock photography, I feel like I wouldn't be able to take either place seriously.

Eh, if they were close by, i'd drop in and roll with some of their folks and evaluate. I probably would not visit these schools otherwise.

Looks like some sort of updated Lloyd Irvin style marketing site.

I'd stay away, personally.

No, shitty website, run! Its 2016 if you cant build a cool website for your business, youre lame.

I cannot recommend this guy more highly. I cannot say enough good things about him. He lacks the fear of public humiliation that limit so many of us. When people say failure is not an option, that doesn't stop him from trying. If you have ever heard somebody say 'you get what you pay for', that is definitely not the case here.

If you have any doubts about what he is teaching, you can see how detailed his takedown of 'traditional martial arts' is.
