i am looking for grappling help. my main focus is BJJ till i get a blue belt. after blue we are allowed to throw strikes.(trainer's safety to fully know the ground game before we start getting our heads knocked off). but while we have BJJ 7 days a week, we have wrestling one day a week. I am looking for some sort of wrestling instructional to help on the grappling aspect. hand fighting, shooting, takedown just anything besides pins rreally. anybody know anything like that.

also, i will say that john smith has some good dvds especially scoring from bad positions as people tend to just stick with one TD instead of being able to switch to another if you get stuffed.
