true but i also hurt my shoulder while lifting and it took a year to fully recover thus i had to lower the amount that i lift.
And you just stopped increasing the weight, or are you saying you're still trying to work your way back up?
 
How long till we get a purchasable stemcell injection that we can take to reverse all this aging shit. I'd happily spend a couple 100k on something like that if it worked.

i am happy with what i have right now......im now more about injury avoidance thus lifting less weights is fine with me....
 
Wow amazing revelation! Who knew daily lifting + eating right helped your health!

Im about to be 35 and i feel stronger than ever continually upping my weight with new prs.

Cutting out soda was probably the best thing i did though.
