People have the nerve to rant about "undeserved title shots", when there's this level of "undeserved main card slots".

Jose Aldo goes undefeated for 10 years and doesn't "deserve" a title shot cuz 2 judges gave a decision to the fleeing number 1 contender. But Felicia Spencer and Farah Zairn "deserve" to be in a UFC co-main event. And Norma Dumont "deserves" to be on the main card in her 5th professional fight.

People can stfu about the title shots for former champions like Aldo and Max, and exciting heavyweights like Greg Hardy getting shots, as long as this wmma nonsense carries on. Card is practically unwatchable.

Figueredo got backpacked against Formiga but Formiga has the best back control in the division and arguably the best on the ground so I don't think that'll be an issue here, expecting lots of wild and fun scrambles.
Also think this will be super high paced fight and expecting a finish from either guy in the 4th or 5th rounds.

I appreciate your post. If people actually followed the division like you they’d realize there’s good fights there.
 
I'm excited, it should be a fun fight. Figueredo is an aggressive guy and these are two flyweights who actually get finishes.

Sadly not very.
Both guys are great fighters. but this feels a little bit like the bridesmaids belt.
Knowing Mighty Mouse and Cejudo are out there just diminishes it. We as fans know that the two guys fighting are not the best the Flyweights in the world.

Shhh nobody wants to hear that. Don't you know anything? It's all about bashing flyweights around here. They're all manlets and we, as sherdoggers can totally kick their asses. Out of shape, unskilled, sloppy heavyweights are more fun.
 
I know there’s a lot of hate for the Flyweight division around here but I’m looking forward to it. Not out of my mind hyped up, but it’s a good fight. Both guys are capable of putting on great fights.
 
Probably gonna just fast foward and rewind if I hear crowd reacting. If not I'll just fast foward everything until finish or boring decision. Shit main event.

Benavidez might get KTFO, his striking defense is trash and his chin is always in the air. Dude has zero head movement
