You realize that in the US you have disclose any foreign bank account to the Treasury Department?

And the US goes after any bank that doesn't comply (Even Switzerland).

The US also taxes worldwide Income.

There's a reason you don't see many Americans in the Panama/Paradise Papers. The US started clamping down on this stuff over the past decade.
