Sure, now that Chuck is retired. But when they were matched up as coaches on TUF at the end of Chuck's career when he was well past his prime, Tito obviously wanted no part of him at all.

But yes, I think Tito is underrated today, mainly because the latter part of his career just wasn't very good, including a 1-7-1 stint leading to his being cut from the UFC. He has legit skills and was a force in his prime.

This makes sense to me. Your explanation dovetails with mine nicely imo. Tito is called Chito because that's how Brazilians say his name.

If Machida said it earlier than Cyborg then he should get credit. I think Machida's mic game has always been underrated: "If you have a dream, it's impossible!".
