My assertion is that he was making fun of Hillary, and the media, noting that she didn't answer questions under oath. He even makes fun of the reporter for claiming to have "no idea" if Hillary did or not. Then after all that, he says he would be fine with answering questions under oath.

He was joking around when he said he'd answer "under oath" like Hillary did. Not actually defining those as his terms, like the NYT is trying to paint it as.

I figured Gates would flip.
I also figured Manafort would not flip, because he is an OG. Manafort has been dirty since the 1980's, and knows where bodies are buried but also does not want his family to get buried. He will eat a charge and pray for his political connections to lessen the time served.
Bannon is the one that intrigues me. Bannon is an opportunist, but he is also quite smart, even though he looks like the town drunk. I think if he sees the writing on the wall, he will flip.
The dudes that flipped are going to be used to bust Sessions, Fredo Jr and Jared on lying their asses off, AKA perjury.

The thing is like William Jefferson got busted for using Monica as a humidor, Trump is going to get fucked for laundering money. He has had too many condo projects start up, take money and then never get built. Also Trump has been living on the trust fund Fred set up for him. Also Trump could not even get a payday loan, for a long time because his credit was absolute shit. Most building contractors in the northeast stopped working for him.
All of a sudden Duetsche Bank who has been busted for laundering Russian Mob, terrorists and Cartel money, starts loaning the guy money who no other institution would give him a nickle.
Connect the dots, it is easy to see, there may be some collusion, but Mueller does not add all those forensic money guys to his team to bust Trump on collusion.

Forget to add, collusion is tough to prove, laundering money is easy to prove, once you wade through all the paper work.
