Crime Shooting at Parkland, FL High School, Possible Active Shooter

The robber didn't die, although he is apparently in critical condition.

Just shows that it is not as easy to kill human beings as people would think. He took atleast 3-4 bullets there in critical areas, possibly more.

I hope he goes to prison when he wakes up

Also, this video makes me realize why it's important for police to "shoot to kill".

I remember a bunch of dumbfucks on here claiming officer Wilson should have tried to shoot m brown in the legs.

This isn't Hollywood you dumbasses

I personally believe he deserves some reparations for the rough treatment he got by the two ladies.

In my country he would actually have a case in favour of "exaggerated self-defense" and attempted murder on the part of the store owners. Last year, there was a case of an old man whose house was invaded by 3 men in the night, he shot at one of them to make them flee and ended up being charged for attempted killing.

Lunacy.

Those ladies were brace as fuck. The older one even appeared to try to reconcile with him until he tried grabbing for her gun.

Had I been in her position, there'd be a clean up of his brains on aisle 3.

He also appeared to run away with the money, only to come back and renter the store and want to continue the fight.

To justify that getting more guns is a great idea. We'll solve the "gun problem" with getting more guns, duh.
Or maybe to discuss how magazine limits are great for politicians to fool their drone voters but not so great in actual self defense situations? Maybe that.

Who gives a fuck about that man? Mitherfucker shouldn't try to rob shit. He's lucky he wasn't shot in the head. You come to my house and try to steal I will pop off some head shots with the quickness.

Charged, but not tried or convicted, I assume.

Also shows that a single shot from a low caliber handgun doesn't necessarily have enough stopping power to save the day, against a hardened criminal.

The shop owners were lucky to escape with their lives there. The robber was literally a millisecond away from blasting them out, even though he had already been shot several times.

That's what I was thinking. That guy must have taken 4 or 5 shots and he kept on going.

It always baffles me why people risk their lives and freedom to.....rob a convenience store?

How much money could he possibly get from that, like one weeks pay max?

I can see robbing a bank, given that you're a filthy criminal, at least there's some huge reward if you succeed.

F**king bums

Those school clothes ain't free, yo.

The moment he came into that store armed and intent on committing a crime he gave up his rights to any consideration of mitigation of force. Now, I have no issue with the argument that after the initial shooting that forced him to flee their response should have been to lock the door and immediately call the police.

He was convicted of aggravated assault and gun crimes (for having a weapon under his pillow rather than in a storage).

Received 1 year and 10 months of probation, and required to pay 6000 € in reparations to the robber who got shot. One of the robbers received 1 year in prison, the other 2 years.

Same as Canana. Have to kill and bury intruders in the yard.

That's definitely fucked up.

No, not the same as in Canada. If you kill someone in self defense, assuming the person entered your home and is attacking you, you may get charged, but there's not a chance in hell you'll be convicted.
