Extrajudicial killing, and assassinating people in other countries that we aren't at war with is a big no no for those of us who value the rule of law.

What US rule says we cant kill enemies of the state? They pose a danger, they should die. It makes no sense to send a 1000 guys to go "arrest" 1 or 2 guys in enemy territory when a well placed drone shot will do the trick.
