Democrats have found a new attack tool. Republican are taking an about face on pre existing conditions by out right fibbing about their stance. Many have already voted up to 5 times to repeal the pre existing part of the law.

 
I don't know much about him. Only that he's a white guy who adopted a Hispanic nickname which tells me he's a panderer.

Also was arrested for burglary and DWI in the 90s(and allegedly tried to flee the scene of a drunk driving accident), so if democrats are looking for someone with character to be Trump's antithesis, I'm not sure he's the guy.
