2 of my favorites. I doubt Cerrone will be able to take al down. He’s showed great TDD and submission defense against Kevin Lee and Khabib.
I agree Al’s Boxing is better, and he’ll pressure Cerrone to the point of a TKO.
Al can take a punch, Cerrone will have to hit him with a huge shot/set up a head kick, which I Don’t think he’ll do in the face of Al’s pressure. 3u on Al.
Lee teleported to Iaquinta's back every time he actually went for a TD in the first 15 minutes of the fight. It was more a gigantic brainfart/dumb gameplan from Lee than Iaquinta showing incredible TDD. I had a few u on Iaquinta ML in that one and I left it feeling underwhelmed by him, and ultra dissappointed in Lee.
IMO Iaquinta's got to bumrush Cerrone in the first round before Cerrone gets mentally settled, or he and his Serra-Longo striking is going to incrementally lose a kickboxing match to a relaxed Cowboy. IMO best way to play this is a pre-match Iaquinta KO1, and then entering a livebet on Cerrone if he's still upright after 3 minutes or so. Same way I did the Hernandez fight.
Expecting Sanchez to ho-hum wrestlebox Barriault, who doesn't look great from regional footage. Got -125 which I like a lot, but wouldn't play Sanchez past -200, especially with how different his gameplan looked against Perez (Who I'm also fairly confident would march through Barriault to a clear but grindy decision).
The dude's had 4 career split decisions against regional LHWs, and LHW is probably the weakest division around. Dude's last fight against Adam Hunter was him mostly getting his ass beat till he got a takedown and it turned out that Hunter was a complete novice off his back. He's been having back-and-forth competitive fights with shit, it's not an encouraging sign.
Liked Taleb against Siyar but RIP that.
I think Bhullar ugly-grinds Adams fairly consistently. Not gonna be FOTN or anything, but I'd rate Golm above Adams.
