I dont think you can necessarily over train, the trouble comes from not letting your body recover enough. If you're working out twice a day for 2-3 hours each but you're also eating 7000 calories and getting 10 hours of sleep you'll be okay. However, if you do the same thing but only eat 2-3000...

DLCs are basically expansion packs if that makes more sense to you. Like Lord of Destruction for Diablo 2 or Brood war for starcraft. Also you still need the disc to play after you installed it, its basically just to cut down loading times. Otherwise people would just install a game then return it.

I'll second the miss vickies. Sweet chili and sour cream are too good, cant put them down. But regardless of brand kettle cooked chips are vastly superior to regular chips.

I agree but its a bit silly to expect people to want to sell clothes for more than 2-3 years if even that. Those kinds of jobs always have a high turnover rate because its just a segue into a career, something to pay the bills while going to school or looking for something better.

I had no idea people consistently wore shoes in their houses, everybody ive ever know takes their shoes off. Why would you even want to keep them on? Much more comfortable with just socks.
