    Cauliflower Ear Drainage

I just got mine drained and I never wanna go through it again, was a horrible experiece! If you drain it at home, it will come back unless you keep it compressed. You need to keep the ear compressed for a few days to sstop the swelling from coming back

    Island Entertainment Instructionals.. which one?

I would choose Medeiros over Diogo, but I havent seen the other Gi instructionals from Island so I wouldnt know if any of those are better......

    Island Entertainment Instructionals.. which one?

Yeah Gi or No-Gi? I've seen Diogo and Medieros and there both pretty good and both Gi instructionals. Chris Brennan's is No-Gi and also very good, better than the Tito instructionals
