As I understand it, the NCAA has no clear rule that absolutely prohibits coaches and players engaging in consensual sexual activity.
I think this is an error of epic proportions on their part due to the obvious balance of power concerns.
But assuming there was no rule in place and assuming the player was at the age of consent I do not see how the lawsuit in question has a leg to stand on. Unless some jury just decides to find guilty on the "ick" factor.
