International 120 million dollar F-35 taken down by a tiny bird

Clickbait title.

This is an amazing video that shows they are still discovering issues with the F-35. This case the turbo-fan that resides in the rear of the pilot used for stabilizing and lift the F-35 during virtical landing. The rear jet engine has a directional outlet that produces tons of thrust.

In this case a small bird flies near the turbofan inlet and gets sucked into the inlet. In this case it seems the fan was not damaged but raises a question? Could these F-35's be taken down by a larger bird or drone?

Suprised the BBC would resort to such sensationalism.

It's like nobody in the AF has ever seen Last Crusade. Y'all are supposed to be the dorks of the military, tighten up

Fake news or not, this project has cost us 1.2 trillion since it's inception and nothing to show for it.

We could have sent every American to college 10 times, but we have failed military projects to waste money on.
