Ali Abdelaziz as Dana's replacement

He's good to his fighters, something Dana is not.

First of all,LOL

Secondly,im pretty sure that guy Rizvan who dont talk shit or really put himself out there at all is the real brains behind the operation anyway.

Who's Rizwan?

Because he's objectively and undeniably the best manager in MMA, if not the only good manager? He gets his fighters well paid and always gets those title shots. If you are a fighter you will be crazy not to want Ali as your manager.
There are undoubtedly conflicts of interest that will pop up with having a manager w so many fighters, eventually. That is probably more of a problem for the fighter than managment tho

If they give that creepy little fuck a job id never tune in again.

That will never happen.

He seems like he has leverage but he has only 3 star fighters.

1. Khabib - the only true star, has 2-3 years left if he doesn't lose to Tony.
2. Usman - not really a star, but he's a champ.
3. Cejudo - strong champ, tries to promote himself but he's in the forgotten division

The others are just don't have the star power. When you see his roster there are guys like Rashad or AJ, but those dudes are retired. He has a lot of former stars.

Then you have guys like Cody who will probably never come back as strong, Gastelum who is almost spent, Werdum who is almost retired, and Gaethje who is a loss away from obscurity.

So it really comes down to Khabib. And Khabib is at the end of his prime.

In other words Ali Abdelaziz is an El Cucuy away from being fucked.

As good as he is for the fighters, isn't he a friend of Ramzan Kadyrov as well?

Because that'd be horrible to have him as a president then.

The sheer numbers give him alot of power. The Dagestani legions are a package deal w Khabib, and their rep as great grapplers is known. If they were all to go elsewhere it would not be good

That being said,no way this guy would run UFC. I'm not 100 pct sure what he really does at Dominance,as he does not come off as exceptionally intelligent.

Would probably stop watching. There can't be many worse candidates than Ali

Chael is the only guy I can see as a replacement for Dana

For now yeah, definitely.

But that could all change in the next fight.

Granted, I'm not saying they are doomed, it's not like the company will sink. This was more related to whether or not he has the power to bully the UFC, and I don't think he has it. Not even close.

The UFC could launch an anti-Khabib campaign over night and start calling him a coward for ducking Conor. And it would work.

If Ali takes over for Dana

UFC becomes PFL

dont think the celebrity investors will be too happy with that

As far as actually promoting fights, I feel D.C. would be the best face of the UFC once he retires.

There was just another Dominance MMA media event last weekend. They had one a few months ago at the "Tyson Ranch". Crazy how Ali has so many top fighters. They have so many they can get them all together in one place solely for interviews.
