It's def not the Australian accent.
It would be generally speaking English with a western accent, providing you are reasonably good looking and in shape.
One thing is most Polish guys are big and into weightlifting, this is the place that produced Marius Pudzianowski.
So would be an advantage to be in shape since that's what they are used to.

Poznan is my personal favorite beautiful women, beautiful city. Most tourists that go there are old and grey married couples looking at buildings also has about 5 universities. Current girlfriend is Australian though.

I married a foreign woman who moved here as a little kid. She's pretty traditional, having been brought up in an Eastern European home. I did it by not being afraid to act as if I had a few strands of moral fiber. Be honest about what you think. Don't tell women what you think they want to hear. Genuineness is a big deal. If you have traditional values (it seems like you kinda sorta do?), don't be afraid to be open and honest about that. Sure, it will put some people off, but at the end of the day that's not who you're looking for.

I recommend using "Would I want this person to raise my children? Would I want my kids to think and act like she does?" as a primary factor in weeding people out. That was by far my most important criteria and it worked out well. My wife is the only woman I was ever in a serious relationship with. We're closing in on our 9th anniversary and our 4th child is due in October. I'm happy as could be with our marriage.
