Let's say a black cop sees a white guy driving through a minority high crime area with lots of street drug sales. Is it racist to believe they are there to buy drugs.

I feel the same way, I've been that guy.
Profiling Muslims at the airport, I think, has likely helped. Most of the folks looking to bring a bomb onboard are going to fit a certain description, that's just how it is.
