Social Backpack travelling to 4 different countries for 2 months or travelling to one country and staying there for 1 month?

Both are good options. But I prefer 4 different countries in 2 months. You can still do tons in each country in that time frame. Also depends on the country. I have lived in 3 different countries and stayed in a few more for extended periods, some for other than favorable reasons. And I backpacked through Europe for 3 weeks and then Costa Rica and Panama for just under 3 weeks. All scenarios were a blast honestly.

Got a buddy there but he moved to the Netherlands. Another nice biking destination. No mountains. Lol!

I wouldn't recommend the Netherlands for a cycling vacation. I can give you many better places if you re interested.
