If you want to get technical, and let's face it who doesn't, Jar of Flies is not an Album.

They released Jar of Flies and Sap as a compilation album, but JoF was an EP.

If you don't commit schoolboy errors I won't have to play teacher.

Jesus, I bet you're the life of the party. Do you correct people's grammar too? Not that I got anything wrong. All sarcasm aside, fuck off you old prick

Sorry, I was joking as I assumed you were.

I didn't mean to upset you.

3. Tyrone - Erykah Badu - Falkonerhallen, Copenhagen 2008

First of all, the entire concert was memorable. Erykah came on the rather small stage that was backlit so we could only see her silhouette as she stepped in in ultra slowmotion from the wings. She had an afro that was like 5 times the size of the one in Jackonfire's avatar, so it looked like a tiny prehistoric muskoxen came on stage. Then she and her band blew the roof off of the concert hall with a great, tight funky sequence. By the end of the concert she had everyone in the palm of her hand and the entire audience - a predominately pasty white middleclass Danish lot hahaha - chanting "Fuck you Tyrone! Get on off my phone! Get on off my couch! Get on out of my house!"
Good times.

Good topic @Jimmy McGill

I chose the opening song Maiden played when they headlined the Monsters of Rock festival, like you, I thought the whole show was awesome, but the build up/intro to them coming on was intense as fuck, nearly 30 years ago, and I can still feel a little like I did that day when I hear Moonchild,....sadly earlier in the day, when Guns & Roses played their set, 2 young guys in the 107,000 crowd fell , never to get back up and never to return home.

The power of music! Can even turn back time and make us young again for a little while, as you re-live the moments and the energy. Nothing better than live music, imo.

5. Testify - Rage Against the Machine - Coachella 2007

"Good evening. We're Rage Against the Machine from Los Angeles, California."

They opened with Testify. It was their first show after their initial break-up and the first time I got to see them. The crowd was HUGE and the energy was like nothing I've experienced at a show since then.

I also got to see Explosions in the Sky, The Roots, Manu Chao (A friendly stoner shared his weed with me during this set), Jose Gonzales and others that day. It was AWESOME.

I had seen Jane's a few times before this show, but spending the entire day with my friends watching awesome bands and having the night finished off by what was my favorite band at the time Jane's Addiction ... easily one of my favorite concert experiences ever.
