Deloaded with some singles again today. Quit push jerking early as my chest was kinda fried and the weight was heavier than usual. Felt good to front squat in flat soled shoes. Some back squat work in chucks as well. Worked looking up more on the eccentric to keep my chest out and sit more upright.
 
I dont' now. I think he's been detoxing with his ps3 and leaving for Ohio tomorrow. When you see him, tell emocrew1984 he needs to get his tush back to the Hall of Justice.

High rep squats with a belt are brutal after about 8th rep. For the life of me I couldn't get a breath in after the 9th rep of front squats and felt like I was le mas breathing.... so I just dropped in always and saw stars on the way back up of number ten. I might lose the belt for the first week of each cycle of 531, or if I think I', going to get more than 8 reps.
