Looks old and In good pudgy shape, but something in his demeanor kinda does look soft.

In all fairness, Cain was never known for having a super intimidating build, a lot of guys in HW don't. I don't think this says much.

Looks in better shape than usual, what are you taking about ? I don’t think I have ever seen him with visible obliques.
 
If Cain is even 50% of what he used to be that is too much for that over blown hype job Ngannou.
 
He "looks" fine. I'm more worried about what we can't see holding back.

I am still highly skeptical that he will really ever be that "Cain" again.
 
Cain looking roughly 62 years old.

Still think his cardio will be infinitely better than Nagnnou's which gives him a decent chance if he can survive the first round.

Cain walks around 260 lbs when he is not fighting. He has crazy camps. I just hope he does not get injured again.
