Its pretty good but quite detailed for some. To be honest I think the best thing would be to forward through it until you find parts that are similar to your current game and learn Cairo variations of how he enters those positions or what he does if it doesn't work out. Also look for when he goes through something where you have particular problems.
I don't know many if any people who could watch all those techniques, remember them and use them in sparring/tournament.
But thats me, I find it difficult to learn through videos. I need to be shown it to learn it. The only times I can remember and use the techniques is when the person in the instructional elaborates on a position I already use/been taught.
