Lol I didn’t even know or notice that."his" name is female..
Definitely not lol. I only started deadlifting again three weeks ago after a few months off. And I haven’t squatted for 6 months. I’m in really poor shape right now. I deadlifted today and pulled 601x3 and 651x1. I’m also weighing in the lows 230s. Things are slowly improving, but there’s no way I’ll have 700 any time soon.
