Just want to update my training log to save it all in one place..I compete in a bodybuilding show in September. Won first class is the novice division!

I’m in the off season now and hoping to put on more muscle and do it again in September. My training is a hodge podge of powerlifting and bodybuilding.

Look into taking mel,atonin for flu/cold. I take transdermal mel,atonin with some DMSO gel like a cream midday. I take it daily for general well being but I took a higher than normal dose (2-3g) when I had my cold/flu and it made symptoms go away on par with a cold/flu medicine. I take over a gram daily which is probably too high to start but 100-200mg is probably a good point. It's one of the best anti-aging supplements as well.

Many people get shocked by the dosage (i do mean grams not mg) but it's incredibly safe and has benefits that extend far beyond sleep which is what most people take it for. It protects against cancer, boosts immunity, improves skin, helps with various brain issues, helps with recovery after training, etc.

Interesting. Never heard of it for managing cold symptoms! Thankfully I feel better. Just extremely tired now.

went on vacation last week and didn’t lift at all. Just hiked around Sedona and the Grand Canyon and it was glorious. Time to get focused again. PL meet in less than 3 weeks.

notes: I have a little bit of a cold but feel surprisingly strong. I’ve been slammming burgers, donuts, and ice cream and my squats going up but none of my clothes fit lol
