Quad is acting up. The VA contacted me and said their is a physical therapist a mile away and they should be contacting me soon. When I talked to the doctor he asked me which would give me more relief - my pec or quad. Told him my pec but now my pec feels good and it's the quad bothering me. I'll tell the PT that I told my doc my quad was hurting too. Seems like the doc could only put in a referral for one thing at a time? Which is weird. Typical VA shit.
Anyways, press felt really strong. Pressing is fun. 235 was baby shit! Ol Rex is getting the itch to work on a 315 press! But I gotta talk it over with my tiger spirit and see what she says. She doesn't like me spreading myself too thin. I have a lot of goals on my plate. But since the 500 bench is on hold until we get this pec fixed I have an opening!
