Wilder could fight and knockout all ten of the top ten ufc heavyweights in one night. It would be pretty horrific with the amout of power Wilder has. No one has had close to his power in mma.
Eric EschRay mercer?
Wilder has been calling out Joshua for a long time, who is he exactly ducking from?
It seems like everyone is ducking Wilder not the other way around
Fucking liar. And I have to say it like that, because how big of a lie it is. Wilder has tried multiple times to fight names in boxing, who then pop for PED's. Just like he's giving the 3 time cheat Ortiz another chance to not pop and step in the ring with him.
Let's not go overboard man.
Let's not go overboard man.
Foreman boxed 5 pros in one night in montreal. None of the UFC guys are even remotely near pro. Find one that can throw a proper punch is doing good.
I think Mark Hunt, Overeem, JDS and Stipe would do ok as boxing pros at varying levels, i'm sure there are a few others.
No. Not with anyone with experience who has enough of a punch to spark them if they want to play rough. Even Hunt gets put out badly if he leaves himself open for a hard shot.
You just said they were miles away from being pro boxers, now you're qualifying your statement with that? Kimbo Slice went 7-0 as a pro, he didn't fight Anthony Joshua of course but he did it, there are plenty of pro boxers out there the guys I mentioned could beat.
MMA guys are miles away from pro boxers. Kimbo Slice was built up for his name. Boxing can be like that. Kimbo Slice, if boxing against people not paid off, would get sparked or outboxed badly. MMA is so far away from boxing that it is difficult for most to even comprehend. McGregger could have been beaten by Mayweather with only using one arm. That is how far and away the gap is. There are no guys in MMA that are remotely competitive with anyone of journeyman status. The amount of time MMA fighters have to put into MMA is so little compared to most boxers. There are a lot of boxers that got more hours in in just middle school than any MMA fighter will have put in in his whole career training for boxing. To paraphrase a quote from Carlito's Way 'You ain't a mma guy no more, Dave. You a boxer now. On the other side. A whole new ball game. You can't learn about it in school, and you can't have a late start.'
Wow man, you need to watch a bit more of MMA. Cody Garbrant had a 32-1 amateur boxing record, so you're saying he couldn't compete at pro boxing level?
That cements Stipe as top 5 p4p heavyweights of all time.Or.... but... but... he fought Bryant Jennings! I know Bryant had been training for less than a year and beat Stipe 5-0..... but he still fought him!
because hes irrelevant outside of MMA, no one knows who he is. He's an amazing champion and imo will be top 3 heavyweights of all time in MMA, but no one knows who he is outside of MMA.Wilder should prove himself in actual boxing. It’s easy to call someone out from another sport to come into yours, but why is nobody calling Stipe out in MMA?
Lol no, Stipe is even more unknown in the boxing world.because hes irrelevant outside of MMA, no one knows who he is. He's an amazing champion and imo will be top 3 heavyweights of all time in MMA, but no one knows who he is outside of MMA.
