Way to address the points. Good job.
With you it's pointless. I know you've read this thread front to back and you still don't get how a pro fighter can complete a takedown even with a little bump to the head. Examples have been given, the technique had been spelled out and still you don't get it. If a number of posters are separately coming up with the same word to describe you (dense) there's probably something to it

And a number of posters think you’re a tinfoil hat. That settles that.

You’re literally arguing that cowboy not landing a td there, when his takedown % is 33% and he’s probably never taken anyone down in the first 10 seconds of a fight, WHILE he’s absorbing a blow to the head that knocks his head back and his feet back, is proof he wasn’t trying. It’s literally an absurd view.

You’ve tried to position cerrone as a takedown specialist, compared him to mendes. You’ve repeated ad nausium that he’s the winningest fighter in history while others position him as a shot fighter.

It totally makes sense. You predicted something before the fight, and now you need to support your pre-fight prediction. But please don’t try to appeal to the judgement of other tinfoil hat shertards to support your position. I might as well point to the likes of my posts...

Your like % is 33%

I meant in this thread....

They didn’t have likes before you joined grasshopper....
What page are they on? I don't see any

Also, you're trying to make it the issue that Cerrone didn't complete the takedown. That's not the issue, as you have been reminded over and over. The issue is that he didn't TRY to complete the takedown. Just like he didn't try to do anything in the fight except fold like a cheap tent. An observation which has been noted by hardcores and casuals alike.

He wasn't paid to take a dive,
but he was paid to NOT take Conor down.

You have probably overlooked the part where Conor knees Cowboy straight to the jaw when he tries to shoot. Not to mention the brutal shoulder shots, head kick or about 10-15 follow up punches.

I know when I break two bones in my face I bounce back like it never happened. If you're throwing a fight, it would look like most Bellator main events. That wasn't. Cowboy just got beat the fuck down. And badly.

Genius, he COULDN’T try to complete the takedown,as he got knocked in his head and backwards and by the time he did push forward it was just a clinch in the middle. I can’t imagine how you try to ignore that is what happened. And again, show me a fight cerrone completed a fight in the first 10 seconds in his 50+ fight career. But this one proves fix to the tinfoil hats. lol at noted by hardcores and casuals. Did you take a poll?

That knee wasn't incoming that was body momentum moving forward from the big missed punch overreach on Conor's part.
True.
Conor was attempting a knee after his attempt at the left hand. Both attempts failed but the knee did detour Cerones attempt at a take down. Cerone elected to clinch instead.

Why is he getting so triggered by some nobodies ?

Can't feel too good that you have a full training camp and your performance is so shit people think there is no way he could have fought so poorly he must have been paid to take a dive.

Cerrone didn't throw the fight... he's just that bad at this point of his career. I don't begrudge McGregor for having a tuneup fight but the overreaction by the fanboys to him knocking out a guy who has declined into can status is a bit ridiculous. If he can murk someone like Gaethje then it's time to pop a boner for ya boy. Right now, it's way premature.
Was he a can in May when he dominated iaquinta who was #4 at the time?

Happy to see this hasn't been forgotten. Cerrone absolutely took a dive.

If there were no fixed fights allot of us would be ahead. Think of all the people who bet on him and lost. If this were a real fight I would've bet everything on Cerrone to win.

Cerrone has choked in enough big fights, to make me believe it was just another night where he already lost mentally before ever stepping foot into the cage. Conor hit him with a few good shots, broke his drive quick and Cowboy forfeited the fight.
