Crime Donald Trump Hush Money Fraud Trial

Becoming clear at least to me the sole goal of this trial. Get Trump to testify an get him on perjury for anything they can.

oh you sweet summer child. you needn't worry over that as the fraudy orange rapist will not be testifying. likely due to the deep state or him stubbing his toe or it being against his religion to take the stand on days that end in "y" or whatever. once again everybody else will be taking the stand and testifying while under oath except for the mandarin molester, but it's everybody else in the room who is lying.

Don’t forget Trump did the most dumb fuck Trump thing and wrote the payoff to the chick he raw dogged off his taxes but he doubled the amount of the write off over what he paid the porn star. Of course Trump is the same guy writing off that billion he lost in the 1990’s, so he has been a tax cheat forever or never made that billion back

YOU think that the prosecution's goal in this proceeding is to get trick Trump into a perjury charge (max 14 years in jail, but likely a month or two), not the actual charge he's on trial for (4 years max per charge x 34 counts?)
Like the charge is part of some grand ruse?

The prosecution would LOVE for Trump to testify. Everybody knows that if Trump testifies it will ONLY do him harm. It's not for perjury charges, it's because it would be immensely beneficial to the prosecution's case.

If his attorney's are worth a shit there is no way in hell they let him near the stand. He will get eviscerated and open up all sorts of shit that was NOT brought forth by the prosecution as it would have been prejudicial to the jury. Trump testifying would most certainly open those previously closed avenues of inquiry, and be absolutely devastating to his case.
He would testify himself out of fines and right into jail.

rarely will defendants ever testify in a criminal trial. even if they are innocent. the only time this ever happens is when there is already so much evidence presented in a case where the defendant already has his back against the wall but refused to plead guilty and insists on going to trial, and they get absolutely lit up in the courtroom by the prosecution and basically have no other choice but to testify if they want to have a chance at winning their case.

its a last resort-last ditch effort when the defense attorneys already believe that all hope is lost, and the only way they can have a shot at winning is if the defendant takes the stand and can give a convincing story to the jury that holds up under full scrutiny.

it almost never happens. but because of zesto molesto's bravado, and likely due to buyers remorse about all the shit he said at his 2016 rally's about how only guilty people take the 5'th way back when they were chanting "lock her up", now he wants to try to act all tough guy for the chuds and make them believe like stone cold steve austin's theme song is going to hit and he's going to walk in there and take the stand, give everybody in the room a stunner, and then walk out of the courtroom victorious.

but in reality the soggy bottom boy ain't gonna do shit. like the beta bitch ass cuckboi that he is, he's gonna sit there with his head resting on his right shoulder while dreaming about eating hamberders and fucking his daughter. he ain't gonna say shit inside of the courtroom. but when the time comes for him to make HIS decision as to whether or not he chooses to testify, he's just going to tuck his dick and cluck.

taking the stand would probably be the dumbest thing he could do for himself, but since he already tried to act all macho when the trial was getting underway and saying that he was going to take the stand and testify, i for one welcome every minute of it. let's go hot shot! put them training pants on and get up there!

Sorry man there's no case here not saying they won't convict given location but uts an instant appeal an overturned an that's best case. That's reason I believe what they really want is somehow get Trump to testify.

Not saying he did or didn't do anything just referring to the Ocean of reasonable doubt.

So doubling the payment you gave the porn star for raw dogging her on your taxes as a business expense is illegal and fucking dumb. Dumb for 2 reasons, making the write off larger than the payment, and being so arrogant that you think you could get away with it. After you pay the chick to keep her mouth shut, the less paperwork you do with that money the better, and you damn sure don't multiply it by 2 and use it as a business expense. Do you think, if she had it to do over again, little Stormy would've just kept mucking those stalls and applied to some community colleges or that the life that she chose, by throwing down that shovel and jumping on that stripper pole would still be her choice knowing what she knows today.

I mean I'm going to guess she has made money overall off all this but doesn't she owe Donald like 500k for losing a defamation trial? And the whole threats to your life, no sense of privacy, family stress caused by your infamy etc.
