She is a gold digger, she was bored, he was busy, she enjoyed the attention of being the girlfriend experience to these rich guys and clients, she is a pretty girl who is used to the attention and needs it to feed her ego, she never had to work hard and had everything given to her so she only knows about being spoiled

She is an addict for affection, attention and the spoils.

I bet most of these clients were guys who were not handsome, their dick size is irrelevant in this case because they were seeking her out and could be packing 3 inches or 10 she wasn't in it for dick Just money and attention they probably took her to diner at high end restaurants and shopping while her husband was spending hours performing life changing spinal surgery for people.

She only had one thing to do as a wife and that was remain faithful and she failed at that.
