Few minutes with each hand to warm up

Grippers
1 Sets closes and inverted closes @ HG150
2 Sets closes and inverted closes @ HG200
2 Sets partial closes and inverted closes @ HG250
2 Sets closes and inverted closes to failure @ HG200

Lever Work
2x Side and front each hand @ 3kg (1.25kg + 1.25kg + 0.5kg)
2x Helicopters each hand @ 2.5kg (1.25kg + 1.25kg)

Later:

Running
20 minutes, no sprints.

Pavement was iced up and I ran pretty cautiously so I was probably a bit longer than 20 minutes, but it was the same course I usually do so I'll call it 20 minutes.
 
Getting back into it this week after a very patchy last few weeks and a full week off last week. Feeling well rested and ready to get on with it.

Got a few sessions to post from the last few weeks including a few PR's, but I honestly can't remember what I did in the way of running and grip work.
 
Good to see you're still at it. If I can ask, how are you deciding on the number of sets for a particular weight and the ramping?

Edit: After some reading, I take it you're doing the Bill Starr thing (or close to it)
