Military Press @130 x 3 x 5 - @115 x 3 x 5*
DB Lunges - 60 x 6 x 3
This lifting day is cursed. Military presses flared up the tendinitis as much as floor presses did. Once it starts it's hard to hold the weights to complete the simple things like the lunges. Called it a day. Might move to just doing two lifting sessions a week and not press or do anything that inflames my arm. Might just do Squats one day and Deadlifts on another until it gets better. Time to think.
