*Need to add some weights to these. *

Notes - Squats moved really well. I think the workout was above decent considering I had four teeth filled and couldn't feel my mouth for the majority.

This lifting day is cursed. Military presses flared up the tendinitis as much as floor presses did. Once it starts it's hard to hold the weights to complete the simple things like the lunges. Called it a day. Might move to just doing two lifting sessions a week and not press or do anything that inflames my arm. Might just do Squats one day and Deadlifts on another until it gets better. Time to think.

Took a week off of lifting to let my arm rest. Plus, I switched to the Juggernaut method for the next phase. I liked Waterbury, but unless I didn't do enough research on it, there wasn't a lot of information on long term strength gains. Reading Juggernaut 2.0 and using the inverted method, I can see future gains.

Notes - Energy was good and the workout went well. I'm actually happy with the DB shoulder presses. Last year, while I was battling tendinitis in my shoulder I could barely press 25 for one. So to be able to go up to 50's again was motivational. Farmer's Walks were brutal. It's hot in the South.

Other notes - I've been watching a lot of Brian Alsruhe on Youtube. The guy is strong AF and actually looks like he lifts. Crazy athletic too. Anyway he suggests that a persons row should be as strong or stronger than their press. So I'm going to try and implement the same weight on rows as chest.
