Depends on the letter after your name.
If you are a Republican, you want the Cross Dressing Con Man to keep his job.
If you are a Democrat then you want him out.
The GOP does not want to lose his vote because of the Red Dribble that happened instead of the Red Wave. There majority is slim. They also are not sure they can keep that district if they hold a special election.
The difference with Feinstein, is the governor appoints the new Senator, and Gavin will appoint another Dem. So those whining about Feinstein, have no fucking clue what they are talking about since if she resigns another Dem takes her place. Santos it wont be the same.
So Santos can set up millions of phoney LLC's and rob the whole state of New York, and unless he gets put in Jail, the GOP could give2 shits, because SAntos vote is more important, and he votes the way he is supposed based on all his other votes, so he is proven to be a good soldier.
Back when I was a kid, before the GOP sold themselves out to a fat orange , con man, they would have kicked Santos out. Now the only policy they have is enraging their base. Keeping Santos around does it, because their enraged based can do some more whataboutism.

Remember Back To The Future 2, when Biff stole the Delorean, and created an alternate timeline? I feel like that’s what Trump did in 2016, but we are yet to recover from it. Funny thing, Trump and Biff have similar hairdos lol.
