Got a hobby?

I also started getting into cycling two years ago. Got myself a Trek brand bike and I like it a hell of a lot. Also looking now into getting a fat tire mountain bike as wel

I bought a fat tire bike a few years ago, it's on the lower for fat tire bikes (mongoose), but so far it's still good. I plan on replacing the forks on it.

My father purchased our first computer back I believe 1990 which was a Gateway PC. He paid just shy of $4,000 for it. Had a Gateway tech who delivered it, set it up only to have it not boot to anything. He opened up the PC, took out the defective hard drive, went to his truck and got another one and put it in and the PC booted. When I saw the inside of the computer my 6 year old eyes lit up and my fascination for computers was born. I now build my own PC's and fix them for a living. This is one of my hobbies

My other hobby is producing ambient music under the moniker of Morphine Machine.

I also produce art via a wacom drawing tablet. This is one of my pieces. It is of the band member Brent Hinds of Mastodon in the style of their album cover for Once More 'Round The Sun

So you are the Gilgo Beach Killer, I KNEW IT!
That’s an awesome drawing. Mastodon albums always have cool artwork.

That they definitely do. The band unlike a lot of bands cares about what the album looks like which is why all their art work is just top notch. I wish more bands cared about the artwork for their music just as much as the music itself

Running
Reading books
Going to see bands
Riding my bike (pedal bike)
Walking in the hills

Love fishing, got (back) into hiking last year, did around 1,500 miles, was going to head into the mountains this Summer to do some backpacking, but tore my meniscus in the spring, so had to postpone that to next year.

So I got into photography; used to do a bit of street photography in the late '90s, but got a bit obsessed with still life and liquids the last couple of months. Quite addictive!

My hobby may seem rather boring at first sight. I collect rare and silver coins. I already have an impressive collection that can scare its size. Contrary to all stereotypes - I do not spend a lot of money on my hobby. I know many people, places and services that will not be destroy my wallet.
