    Smashed deadlifts today, felt awesome. I'll probably pay the price in terms of recovery for the next few days....but totally worth it.

    LSS x 45m

    Trail Run. Nice and easy 130-150bpm. I find these LISS runs speed up my recovery rather than hinder, as long as I maintain the effortless pace.
