Sooo the original helldivers was a top down shooter. In this one we get closer to the action in a 3rd person perspective.
I imagine in part 3 we may get even closer by getting a first person perspective.
Which means that by Helldivers 4 the game will take place in our brains.

Love it when you find a good group of randoms in this, had some of the best games since release earlier.
Suicide difficulty against bots, no mics and everyone was on the same wavelength was epic.

I've been running 2 laser weapons with almost unlimited ammo. How can people survive on like level 6 with ammo that can actually run out? I haven't had the nerve to try going back to regular weapons.
Also my text chat group just said there was a post about flying bugs now. Democracy is hell.

Just giving credit where credit is due.
On that last part- you know, we are putting in all this work to give people freedom and the right to vote, but we go to these planets and find nothing but bugs and robots. Where are the actual people we want to exercise their right to vote? Who are we liberating exactly?
