40hr per week. I will work OT of its convenient (get 1.5x pay outside of reg hrs and 2x on Sundays). I can also bank it at Lieu (maximum 80 hrs)

Tbh If I had a choice, i'd much prefer working as much hours in a day as possible and having more days off.

13 hours a day for 3 days and having 4 days off would be nice. Rather than the typical 5 days a week with 2 days off.
