Squats felt horrible, i mean really horrible, like i BARELY got 8 on all three sets, i thought i was going to blow it out of the water tonight and they felt like donkey. BBUUUTT i remembered after looking at my log that i skipped box squats last week because i felt shitty and was pissed after deadifts so i havent squatted in 9 days. People wonder why i only took 3-4 days off before my meet last time, this is why, i dont do well if i take time off, im much more of a "in the groove" lifter. Probably going to take it light on box squats this week and maybe throw in one extra day sunday or monday and do some quick 50% squats or something, wake them back up.
So to make myself feel better i went for a front squat PR, technically this is a 95lb PR but my 205 was a set of 5. They are feeling alot better though, this is my 5th workout doing them and its night and day different from when i started
felt like it was deeper than it really was, o well, still hit depth so im happy with it
