it's a nice pic, but technically from a photo editor's perspective it's called "OOF".
OOF = Out Of Focus (principal subject). Focus plane should be one of the fighter's faces (eyes ideally), and big enough aperture to have a shallow depth-of-field to soften the fence somewhat. Tricky with cageside photography -- you need to get as close to the fence as possible and obviously that area is restricted.
Shot was probably at f1.4 or f2, something like that.
