Are there any websites that list Iranian martial arts movies?

I remember in the 90s, there was an Iranian movie with the bad guy being the evil version of Ken from street fighters but I never found that movie. It was around 1998 or 1999.

I know people here are huge foreign movie buffs and I am hoping you can help me out here.
