It doesn’t have a negative effect on a species population, thus the countless species thriving who possess it. Researchers believe it has either social benefits or no effect either way. If it had a substantial negative effect it would be killing of all these species, not persisting for generations.

Is this forum a good representation of people in real life? All I said in another thread was that myself and every single guy I know find kissing or sex scenes performed by men in movies/shows to be extremely off-putting and I got a few posters got offended.

I don't think that when scenes are in movies with gay people showing affection were included with the intent of you being into it. You see these scenes like they were porn scenes that should be eliciting arousal in you rather than just a representative of how some people live their lives. I suppose maybe you look at all heterosexual affection scenes in movies as with being with the intent of arousing you? I am really unsure what to say if you think any showing of affection is supposed to be for your arousal?
