Yeah she only tested positive once and got off because Uncle Dane probably made a phone call and had a decent cover story already. Not to mention the time she actually tested positive for steroids In sf.
 
Good run, but the opponents were not championship caliber for the most part (that's not to say she didn't beat any top opponents, though some of her best wins were very young in both their careers and ages). 115 has become a tougher division today (especially at the top of the division, the top 7 or so).
She was the best of her time, but the best of all time I'd disagree with.
